Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients
1.5 cups organic coffee, frozen, partially thawed
2 Tbsp. organic pumpkin, cooked /canned (Try Farmer’s Market Organic)
1/2 tsp. organic vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
8-10 drops liquid stevia extract(to taste)
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
Cinnamon and whip cream or coconut whip cream (optional)

Instructions
Add coffee, coconut milk, pumpkin, vanilla, spice and stevia to a high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with whip cream and cinnamon.

Pumpkin Frappucinos

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup water
2 Tbsp. organic pumpkin, cooked /canned (Try Farmer’s Market Organic)
½ tsp. pumpkin pie spice*
1/2 cup organic espresso (or strong coffee)
Cinnamon and whip cream or coconut whip cream (optional)

Instructions
Brew your coffee/espresso.
In a small sauce pan add coconut milk, water and pureed pumpkin. Bring to a simmer.
Remove from heat. Whisk in vanilla and spices.
Pour coconut-pumpkin mixture into the bottom half of a coffee cup, top with strong coffee/espresso.
Top with whip cream and cinnamon.
