Ingredients:
2 Scoops Protein Powders vanilla or flavor of your choice
3 egg whites
1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal (dry)
(or sub 1/4 cup Kodiak Cakes High Protein Pancake Mix)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Enough water to make a batter consistency
Instructions:
Mix oatmeal with 1/4 cup water and microwave for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and add water to batter consistency.
Spray skillet with Pam.
Cook in a skillet until bubbles form on the top and then flip.
Top with sugar free syrup or berries.
