Ingredients
• ½ cup buckwheat groats, sprouted
• ½ cup raisins
• ½ cup goji berries (optional)
• ½ cup dried apricots, diced
• ½ cup hemp seeds
• ½ cup pumpkin seeds
• ½ cup sunflower seeds
• ½ cup chopped almonds
• 1 tbsp maple syrup
Directions
1. Soak ingredients overnight in nut milk of choice.
2. Top with: ground hemp seeds, ground flax seeds, and a touch of maple syrup.
