Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Serves: approx. 10-12 balls

Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup gluten-free oats pulverized in Vitamix
  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. honey or Truvia Nectar
  • 2 Tbsp. mini chocolate chips (I like Enjoy Life brand)
Instructions
    1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  1. Roll into balls and enjoy!
