INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup vegan buttery spread
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp nondairy milk
- 1 cup all purpose flour*
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
- STEP 1Beat the butter (we love this kind), brown sugar, vanilla, and milk in a mixing bowl.
- STEP 2Add the flour and salt and mix until combined.
- STEP 3Fold in the chocolate chips (we love these mini ones!).
- STEP 4That’s all! Dig in!
- STEP 5*If you’re worried about risks with raw flour, toast it first for ~5mins at 350°F!
