No-Bake Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup vegan buttery spread
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp nondairy milk
  • 1 cup all purpose flour*
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
  • STEP 1Beat the butter (we love this kind), brown sugarvanilla, and milk in a mixing bowl.
  • STEP 2Add the flour and salt and mix until combined.
  • STEP 3Fold in the chocolate chips (we love these mini ones!).
  • STEP 4That’s all! Dig in!
  • STEP 5*If you’re worried about risks with raw flour, toast it first for ~5mins at 350°F!
