Ninji Creamy Protein Chocolate Covered Espresso Bean Frap

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet/2 scoops Sweet Cream Chike Protein (and note I’ve legit liked and tried every flavor they have)
240 ml Fairlife Milk (I used fat-free)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1-3 grams of Stevia (to sweeten if you want…I’ve enjoyed with and without to test)
30 grams Dark Chocolate Covered Espresso Beans (I got mine at Trader Joe’s)

Mix in a creami pint milk, vanilla extract and stevia. Freeze overnight. Then mix the protein powder with 3 ounces of water and pour on top the frozen milk when ready to blend.

Smash up espresso beans as the creami works its magic on the lite ice cream setting. Then add the beans and click the mix in button to mix in. Serve and enjoy!

You can mix the protein powder with the milk to freeze but I found this other way makes me not have to wait 10 minutes and creates a bit more “frappuccino texture” when done. The more water, the thinner it gets.
