Ingredients
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 6 oz sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Grease a baking sheet with coconut oil.
- In a bowl, combine coconut flour, garlic powder, baking powder, and salt and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and butter.
- Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until there are no more lumps.
- Fold in the cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto your prepared baking sheet and bake in oven for 10 – 12 minutes, or until edges are browning and tops are golden.
