NORCAL MARGARITA
3 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. lime
1/2 oz. soda water
Fill tall glass with ice. Add tequila and lime juice. Top with soda water. Mix. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
THE PRIMAL DAIQUIRI
2 oz. white rum
1/2 oz. lime
3 drops stevia
1/2 oz. soda water
Fill tall glass with ice. Add rum and juice from half a lime. Add stevia. Top with soda water. Mix. Garnish with a lime wedge.
THE FIRE CRACKER
1 shot espresso
2 oz. whiskey
3 drops stevia soda water
Fill pint glass just over half with ice. Add Irish whiskey and fresh espresso. Add stevia. Top off with soda water. Mix.
SMOKEY OLD FASHIONED
1 orange slice
1 cherry
2 oz. chai bourbon
3 dashes bitters
1/2 oz. soda water
Muddle orange slice and bitters in glass. Fill glass with ice. Add chai tea-infused bourbon, club soda and 3 drops stevia. Mix. Garnish with cherry.
How to Make Chai Tea-Infused Bourbon: Place 3 tbsps of chai tea into a decanter. Pour bottle of bourbon into the decanter. Let sit for two hours. Once infused, use a funnel to strain bourbon back into its original bottle.
GIMLET 2.0
2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. lime soda water
4 raspberries
Muddle raspberries in glass. Add vodka and lime juice. Fill with ice and soda water. Mix. Garnish with lime wedge and raspberry.
GIN MOJITO
2 oz. gin
1/2 oz. lime
10 mint leaves
3 drops of stevia soda water
Muddle mint in glass. Add gin, lime juice and stevia. Add ice and fill with soda water. Mix. Garnish with mint sprig.
