Lean & Mean Meatballs

Ingredients

1 lb ground lamb, turkey or chicken
1/2 c scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
2 T fresh mint leaves, chopped
1 tsp. Thai seasoning
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp. salt
1 T coconut aminos
2 T warm water
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Instructions
1 Heat oven to 375°F .
2. Line baking pan with foil .
3. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 1/2-1 inch balls & place on pan an inch apart .
4. Bake uncovered 15-18 minutes
