Ingredients
500g mixed mushrooms (such as button, swiss brown and pine), sliced
1½ tbs lemon juice
6 garlic cloves, finely grated
4 tbs flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Combine the lemon juice and sliced mushrooms in a bowl. Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the grated garlic for 2
minutes or until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms and stir for 8-10 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Serve with fresh parsley.
