Ingredients
- 2 Hard-boiled eggs
- 1T Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 avocado (optional)
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt/Pepper
Instructions
- Peel and place in a small bowl. Mash the eggs with a fork.
- Add in Dijon Mustard to your liking, mixing well. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste, and enjoy!
