Ingredients
2lbs stew meat
Olive oil or butter to brown the meat
1-2 onions diced
1 cup celery diced
5 large potatoes cut into pieces
32oz tomato soup
1/2 cup water
Salt, pepper, garlic to taste
1 bay leaf
Instructions
Brown stew meat in olive oil (or butter). Add diced onions and cook until browned.
Add meat, onions, veggies and seasonings, soup and water to the crockpot. Cook on low all day or high for half a day.
Add more water as needed.
