INGREDIENTS
2 whole eggs or use a gelatin egg
1 cup coconut flour
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup cold butter cubed
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400F.
Add all ingredients to your food processor and process until it looks like crumbles.
Squeeze crumbles together with your hands to form a ball.
Place dough into a pie plate and press with your fingers to form the pie shell.
Use a fork to make random holes in the bottom of the pie crust.
Bake crust for 10 minutes, or until golden.
Once cooled out of the oven, add your filling. (Cover the edges with aluminum foil if baking the crust again to make sure the edges don’t burn.)
