Dill Vinaigrette

Yield: 1 cup

1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 T. water
2 T. olive oil
2 T. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. celery seed

In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate leftovers; shake well before serving.
