Serve these with fruit or use these as a healthier alternative to store-bough tortillas
Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp honey
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/3 cup coconut milk
Directions
ONE: Mix eggs with oil, honey and salt. Add coconut flour and mix until there are no lumps. Stir in coconut milk.
TWO: Heat some butter or olive / coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/8 cup crepe batter into the skillet and swirl around to form a crepe about 6 inches in diameter. When bubbles start appearing and the edges are cooked, it’s ready to be flipped.
