Coconut Chia Delight

Ingredients
One can of light Trader Joe’s coconut milk
cinnamon
1 can of water
4 tablespoons of chia seeds

Directions
Stir and chill in a container. Delicious and easy chia pudding you can use in place of yogurt. Top with berries, chopped nuts and flax meal.
