Chocolate Protein Pomegranate Mousse

Ingredients:
12oz non-fat organic Greek yogurt
¼ cup dark cacao powder
¼ cup Swerve Confectioners Sweetener
3 tablespoons creamy cashew butter
2 teaspoons gelatin
½ cup pomegranate seeds
5-10 drops vanilla stevia (optional)

Method:
Add everything but the pomegranate seeds to a blender and process until smooth. (As the blender is running, sprinkle the gelatin in slowly). Portion into 2 bowls.
Chill for at least 20 minutes. Top with pomegranate seeds before serving.
