INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup of Chocolate Protein Powder
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder, Unsweetened
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Whole Egg
1/4 Cup of Lite Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp of Stevia
1/2 Cup of Oatmeal
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Using a blender, blend all of the ingredients together.
Pour the mix into two baking/souffle cups. Bake the cakes for 5 minutes in the oven. You want the top and bottom to be cooked but to leave the middle soft and gooey.
Enjoy as is, or top with fresh berries and whipped cream!
