Carrot Energy Bars

Bake the following at 350 degree for about 35 minutes in a coconut-oil greased 8×8 baking dish. Makes 8 servings.

2 large, finely shredded carrots
2/3 cup almond butter
2 eggs
3 servings of stevia drops (or 3 T. date paste if you prefer)
2 T pumpkin protein powder (or coconut flour if you prefer)
1 T cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 cup raisins
