Boom Boom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha (adjust for desired spice level)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of salt (to taste)

Directions:

In your mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.

Taste and adjust seasonings as desired. You can add more sriracha for more heat or a squeeze of lemon juice for a touch of tang.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Tips

  • For a thicker sauce, use less sriracha or add a tablespoon of sour cream.
  • Want a smokier flavor? Add a dash of smoked paprika.
  • For a creamier sauce, use full-fat mayonnaise.
  • Leftover Boom Boom Sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
