Ingredients
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved (some length-wise, some width-wise)
1 cup mini mozzarella pearls
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
18 basil leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Add the cherry tomatoes and the mozzarella pearls to a medium bowl. Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic vinegar overtop then add the basil and pepper. Gently toss.
