Blueberry Morning

Ingredients
• ½ cup fresh blueberries
• 1 banana, chopped (optional)
• ½ cup soaked/sprouted buckwheat (optional)
• 2 tbsp chopped almonds,presoaked
• 2 tbsp ground hemp seeds
• 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

Directions
1. Choose favourite nut milk and pour over top of the berries and other ingredients.
