Baked Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients
3 large sweet potatoes – cut into wedges
1 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of sea salt
1/2 – 1 tsp of cinnamon
1/4 tsp paprika

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a mixing bowl, toss all ingredients (except the cinnamon) until the potato wedges are evenly coated with oil and spices. Place on a baking sheet, seperated evenly, and then sprinkle cinnamon on top as desired.  Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
