Ingredients
• 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp ground allspice
• 1 tbsp cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1 egg white
• 1/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup coconut flour
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 2 pinches stevia
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Mix flour, baking soda, all spice, and salt, and cinnamon
3. Add egg white to mixture and mix well
4. Stir in oats, applesauce and protein powder and mix well
5. Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned on top
6. Cool on wire rack
