INGREDIENTS
4 pound (1.8Kg) bone-in pork loin
1 cup unsweetened apple puree
¼ teaspoon of powdered Stevia
Zest of one orange and one lime
¼ teaspoon of rosemary
¼ teaspoon of oregano
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. In a bowl mix apple puree, Stevia, spices, zests, ginger and pepper.
2. Rub roast with seasonings.
3. Place in slow cooker, cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours.
4. Or roast in pre-heated oven 190°C (375°F), cover lightly with foil and cook for 2 hours.
