Servings: 12 cookies (2 cookies per serving)
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 pinches of stevia
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Combine all the wet ingredients and mix well
- In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix well
- Pour wet into dry ingredients
- Drop teaspoons of batter on parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten the dough with a fork if you like
- Bake at 375F for 12-15 minutes
