Ingredients
¾ c Greek yogurt (** Chobani’s 4% plain greek yogurt is one of my favorites here)
1 egg (or 2 egg whites)
½ c whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
Instructions
Combine the greek yogurt, egg, and egg white until it’s creamy
In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda.
Mix the wet with the dry and stir until the batter is just combined. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Cook the pancakes as you would any other.
(Griddle temp on the low side: 275 – 300 degrees)
