Ingredients
2 cups brown rice, cooked
1 can black beans
1/2 cup chipped red bell pepper
1 cup corn kernels
1/2 cup fresh parsley chopped
2 T olive oil
2 tsp fresh thyme
1/2 tsp tumeric
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup fresh lime juice
1 avocado, chopped
1 tsp hot sauce
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Mix well and adjust salt, lime juice and hot sauce to taste.
3. Serve!
