1 bunch kale
2 large handfuls spinach
2 apples
1 peeled lemon
1/2 large cucumber or 1 small persian cucumber
2 large stalks celery
ginger (optional)
Depending upon what is in the fridge or what we’ve picked up from the Farmer’s market, I sometimes add broccoli, zucchini, romaine, parsley or any other leafy green. You can also eliminate one of the apples if it’s too sweet.
