Cheesy Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

1 lb pork sausage
1 8-oz. Can crescent rolls
2 cups Monterrey jack shredded cheese
2 T chopped green pepper
4 eggs, beaten
¾ cup milk
½ tsp oregano
1/tsp pepper

Instructions

Cook sausage until browned.  Drain & set aside.  Unroll crescent rolls, making a large rectangle in bottom of lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.  Press seams securely to seal and press sides up ½ inch on all sides of pan.  Sprinkle sausage in pan; top with cheese and green pepper.

Mix eggs with milk, oregano, salt and pepper.  Pour into pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
