Salsa Verde Chicken (Crockpot)

Ingredients

1lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
12-16 oz jar Salsa Verde (I use Herndez)
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Place seasonings and chicken in a crockpot and turn it on low for 6 hours.
2. When you are ready to eat shred the chicken with two forks.
3. Add the chicken and toppings of your choice to taco shells or a taco salad
